Update to the Game Manual

Hey there! Just a quick update to the Something is Out There game manual. 

- A table of contents has now been added to make navigating the document a bit more user-friendly.

- A small blurb on player vs. player combat has been added to the end of the "Combat, Stress, and Restoring Cards" section.

Future news: 

I am working on creating a better character sheet that is more streamlined and easier to use and print out, along with the game manual.  I'm not sure when this will happen specifically, but I will make a post about it once it is finished.
